For ICICI, if you are not getting good support from usual customer care team, try twitter handle " icicicares". My experience has been great . In May23, I was able to increase limit of my 1 month old Rubyx card basis HDFC statement. Here is the timeline I experienced :
Day 1 - Dm to icicicares
Day 2 - call from care team, explain the requirement.
Day 3 - email confirming that the request is in progress.
Day 7 - call with confirmation of request completion followed by email.
Just try, twitter handling team is better in understanding and execution.
