Harrasment by Yes Bank for CC

Last month, I got a message for pre approved card. I clicked on it and have my basic details to know about the card variant. After that, I started getting calls from yes Bank and I told them that, I don't need their card. Every week, I am getting calls from them to complete my CC application. Two days ago, I was told that, I will get LTF card so, I opened the link again but it was same old card with annual fee. I told the yes Bank executive that, I don't need the card. After 2-3 calls in the same day he tried to trick me by saying complete the application to close it and I won't receive any card but I disconnected call. Now, I am daily getting calls from different numbers by the same guy and he is asking why did I click on the card if I didn't want the card. I am blocking all numbers but he is calling again and again from different numbers.

Where can I complain about this issue?

Complaint to PNO of Yes Bank regarding this issue. You may also proceed to RBI Ombudsman if the issue still persists.

I do not think it's YES bank who is calling you. It's brokers like BankBazaar who call faking that they are from the bank.

True that. Banks hardly call anyone offering credit cards.
Mostly it's brokers/agents.

Banks only call when you start an application and then leave it midway. 😅

I have saved one screaming sound in my laptop. If I ever receive a call from them I put my phone on speaker and play that screaming sound on the laptop with full volume. Frequency of calls reduces a lot after this.

In Truecaller it's coming as yes Bank.

Yeah, I left it midway after they offered me prosperity reward plus card.

bro there is a simple solution to this. just say you already got the card and they will stop calling. personally experienced with other banks

Already thought of using SMS Bomber tool but then it might be an "Udta Teer" for us also if they enter our phone number.

Record the calls and start tweeting to yes bank those recorded calls.

If u have ever registered on bankbazaar with your number...mail them with your name, no. And email ID to permanently delete all your data from their database

Then BankBazaar will sell Name and Email ID too along with the Mobile Number to other credit institutions.
