thanks it worked actually, got a call and she said I'm calling from escalation departed she asked what was the reason i explain her and she said normally we don't delete application but in your case it incomplete application, will forward it for deletion and you would receive email within 2 working days and as per email you can move forward. so it seem for incomplete application you email to
pno@aubank.in for deletion but for rejection you would still need to wait 45 days and 5 to 7 working days after email to aubank or call them to delete your existing application.
