Have HDFC BizBlack, does it make sense to get Diners Club black metal?

Hello Folks, reaching out to the Credit Card Gurus for some help!

So, I have recently got an HDFC Bizblack as a floater card on my Regalia Gold. I have a few questions:
1. I am getting an upgrade on Regalia Gold to get DCBM (FYF), should I go for it? What benefits can I get via DCBM that BizBlack doesn't already offer me? I am also concerned about its acceptability? But since its FYF and I have already met all milestones for Regalia Gold, I was on the fence about getting this upgrade. but if it doesn't offer any additional benefit over BizBalck, I dont see the point in upgrading...

2. Do Rent payments count towards Annual Fee waiver thresholds of Rs. 7.5 Lakhs for HDFC Bizblack or 8 Lakhs of DCBM? (I'm aware rent payments don't fetch any Reward Points)

3. Silly question: Does the Floater Bizblack also have a renewal fee? So in that case, will I have to pay renewal fee of both Regalia Gold (or DCBM if i take the upgrade) and BizBlack?

Answers to all your questions are dependent on how much you are spending per year and how much of smartbuy usage you have

If you can spend 8L on DCBM and 7.5L on Biz Black easily per year, then take both, as these are waiver criteria. And yes, Biz black also has fee

DCBM is far superior card than Regalia Gold and it will reward you much better. Rent is included in fee waiver criteria for both the cards
