Although your question is not very clear but seems like you are facing issue because of your two credit cards having different billing dates. You can easily change your billing date from hdfc mycards portal. You can ask in hindi if you are more comfortable in hindi.

bhai hindi me likh de kisiko kuch samaj nhi ara h. yar hindi hmare india ki national language h isme bat karne m mat sharmaya karo.

This is his problem as I understand it
He has 2 credit cards from HDFC.
The limit is shared
Both cards have different billing dates
He does not know how best to use the cards because he is scared of the overlimit charges

My advice: Get both set to the same billing date. You need to make a request for only one of them to change it to the other. Contact customer care to make the request

Disable overlimit for your credit card by contacting customer care via email and not phone. Confirm via email that overlimit has been turned off for your card. This will prevent transactions from being approved if they would exceed your credit limit, avoiding any overlimit fees. If you are charged an overlimit fee despite having disabled overlimit, you can file a complaint with the ombudsman and provide evidence of your efforts to prevent the fee.
