HDFC AMAZON Discount not getting applied

#HDFC #Amazon discount not getting applied I tried my millena visa signature & shoppersstop rupay hdfc both card discount not getting applied.

I am facing weird issue from HDFC Amazon from last may week any offers not working is anyone experienced same.

Just checked MoneyBack+ VISA and TATA NEU Rupay (not saved) both cards are giving instant discount of ₹500.
 
Just few weeks back, someone told me HDFC Shopperstop RuPay CC is not working on HDFC-Amazon discount offers but working on HDFC-Flipkart offer.

Maybe HDFC Shopperstop RuPay CC BIN number is not integrate yet on Amazon.

Complaint to HDFC bank.

Ask him @VISHESH_BANSAL because he is super expert about how to Complaint to HDFC Bank ? phir HDFC bank ka bamboo kaise lagaye etc me. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It's me only informed already it's under escalation from 26may2023 till now hdfc ,Amazon or rupay didn't figure out this mistake, technical issue belongs I am getting daily new deadlines for issue closure from hdfc till now 5 deadlines I received but it didn't workout anyhow I think.

@VISHESH_BANSAL bhai kuch to bol n to Card variant change karte h Shopperstop s n to issue fix karte h kindly suggest?
 
Check tncs on the Product page.
Either
HDFC DC are excluded and only HDFC CC are eligible.
OR
Delete the saved HDFC Card and Enter Card details Mannually.

For Clarification on ICICI Rupay Discount @Abhishek012 is the right Person
I removed my both card again saved after multiple try millena dc works for few seconds during check out again it not taking any hdfc discount value.

This process I did in my two Amazon ac same issue.

HDFC DC offer on the mentioned mobiles which you shared in the first post is applicable for DC EMI only.
I think you are not eligible for DC EMI that is why Discount is not reflecting against HDFC DC.

Raise complaint with RBI BO
 
Yup, @Vineet_ 23 days pahele tumko bataya tha. RBI shayad 30 days baad complaint accept karta hai aur HDFC se compensation lena maat bhulna.
M toh immediate complaint kar deta hu.
First level se ek baar Complaint number mil jaye aur unsatisfactory response toh phir Immediate Complaint .

Suppose you raising complaint today 20th June.
On RBI portal mention Bank Complaint date as 20th May phir actual date 10th June hi kyu na ho.

Axis ke Case m yahi karta thha 30 days ka wait m nhi karta
30 days wait bhi karo comlaint ke liye aur compensation bhi na mile end me

Yes I am on it but compensation kaise milega v t sirf deadline p deadline shoot kar rahe h hdfc I don't think rbi kuch kare sabki mili bhagat h @VISHESH_BANSAL Kindly guide me.

Even rupay team didn't bother to respond first they we are forwarding to their tech team now it got vanished. Amazon says sorry we can't help this issue from Bank partners or rupay network side.

Compensation koi Guranteed Income Yozna nhi hai.

Totally depends on RBI BO. If you are able to satisfy RBI BO due to HDFC fault you faced mental harassment and Your wasted your time and Resources then RBI may order Bank to give Compensation.

Sometimes Bank khud se compensation de deti hai RBI ki complaint milne par without receiving any order from RBI BO for compensation taaki case further Escalate na ho aur Customer Case close kar de.
RBI BO can inflate the Compensation Amount based on the facts you shared with them and hence Bank try to settle at Lower Amount on its own.

Jo Lo**du Axis jasie attitude dikhate hai:- we regret our inability for any compensation in this regard" unko phir RBI BO Unki aaukat dikha deta hai.
