Finally after 11 months now HDFC moved with some concrete solution.
From Aug 22 I am trying to get rid with Shopperstop Visa card to change HDFC any core variant but Hdfc simply denying as per internal policy norms .
From Dec 22 I continued to mail or change card variant but simply bypassing or not ready to change after rupay upi introduced in following card I tried to convert but they again refused my request.
After keep mailing to card services including grievance, pno simply they mentioned unable to issue or franchise change from visa to rupay Finally during starting May 23 I again tried then someone took request & converted to rupay Shopperstop.
Finally now big issue again overcome except upi this card not working for any e-commerce website discount simply I reported issue including rupay, hdfc & related website as well first few times response came from rupay but after that they didn't bother to reply till that HDFC shooting only new deadlines we are looking over your request till now more than 11 deadlines received but still I have hope HDFC will figure out where is the issue as multiple bin issue ongoing with HDFC .
Finally now more than 30 days over I shooted big mail along with deadlines mails till that I received recently you are not taking request seriously now they convinced to convert to money back visa anyhow ,before December 22 I raised multiple requests to change my card variant but they haven't listened.
Finally headache got over this cobrand card issue but after submission of salary slip they not ready to change my current card limit I.e. 27k starting onwards right now following card is FYF from next year onwards it is chargeable is there any way we can convert LTF ?
