HDFC APPLICATION APPROVED?

Recently applied for a HDFC CC on C2C basis using my Axis credit card. After completing the process got the application number. The status was in process for a few days and now the online status shows approved. But I have not recieved any email or sms for the same. Is my application really approved? Thanks. Attached SS.

Sur, I said spends were high in six months period so they made my card ltf. Also 50K+ were spent within 20 days or so after card issuance.
