Hdfc bank cc(swiggy )rejected,I have already another hdfc card

I had already a hdfc bank irctc credit card.
2 days ago,I have applied swiggy credit card.
But I had to change the address as my previous address was not servicable for the swiggy credit card.
Today after physical verification,my credit card application has been declined.
Is there any way I can still get the card?
By contracting via email or in twitter?
Please share your views.

Nothing will work, HDFC doesn't issue 2nd standalone card now.

Wait for the reply from grievance team. And as others said you might need to apply as floater card.

An existing HDFC cc holder, should not apply another cc from HDFC bank direct channels.

- from card brand/partner end
- from bank officials as floater/split

for swiggy card .... swiggy app.

Why they rejected ... for applying 2nd card or due to non serviceable region or internal policy ??

Now a days, HDFC limited card approval for cashback cards and prmium cards.
