HDFC Bank Instant Welcome Kit

I have opened an HDFC Savings max account offline. They have given me an instant welcome kit. I asked them to give it by courier. They haven't agreed with me. So, I'm curious whether the account variant is Savingsmax or not? Even my mobile and email are not updated in Netbanking. I got to know that on debit card my name is not printed.

that offline kit, which is readily available. why would bank shipped something if you're standing in front of them, while opening your account.

Correct. When I tried to login with Netbanking credentials. I couldn't see my profile details like phone number, mail etc...

you will receive sms in few working days. for some other communication will be send by the bank.

Same I did for Axis and HDFC,

There are two things, If you want customize kit then asked them that print my name on each books (Debit card, cheque book, passbook) then it will take around 5-7 days,
But if you want all above urgent then get Insta welcome kit with no name printed on it.

Variant will be Saving Max only don't worry, but you have to again go to branch to get your passbook printed.

They must have done your Aadhaar based ekyc and then will update all the details shortly.

Better to get Customized kit, because cheque book and debit card, your name will be there.

I have my primary account in ICICI, so I didn't bothered for HDFC and Axis, just opened there account for current address proof and credit cards.
