I had applied for Biz Black but only Biz Power was approved.
After how many months can I request an upgrade? (PS. I fullfill the ITR & other criterias)

Don’t believe them they don’t know anything, same response given to me last month but it didn’t happened then I complained to grievance department see this, they told me to wait for 10 days but even after that I didn’t received it

I don't think so. There is an overall capping of 7500 on accelerated reward points.

The confusion comes from the fact that capping of ITR points is 7500, while smartbuy has a capping of 10,000 for bizblack

Still waiting for 7500 bonus rewards of May statement though 😭

No, normal and accelerated rewards for APay GV were added when transaction was settled.
7500 bonus credits were credited post statement generation.

For APay GV, you get 990 rewards for 10k voucher. Minus the plaform charge for APay GV. You can see proper calculations on gyftr website.

Is anyone able to make transactions in the personal version of smartbuy?
I have tried booking flights 3 times, money debited on all 3, but ticket didn't generate. It says transaction failed..
On other hand, booked via Bizdeals on makemytrip, and the transaction went through.

Yes I received it after two mails to grievance departmant but again didn’t received last month reward points, have to repeat the process again 🤦🏻‍♂️

By any chance did you pay off your outstanding before the bill was generated?
Also, how many transactions did you do in the billing period.
I'm trying to find the root cause, why some are getting the points while others don't.

I got the card as floater 3 days back. For couple of days the limit was 5k. Since morning today, I see the limit restored to combined limit. However it's still failing on doing transactions above 5k. I played with card controls setting everything to max but still not able to transact. Any idea what's happening?
