What are EasyEMI Quarterly benefit upgrade and Millennia quarterly benefit upgrade under spend promo details of My Rewards?

Are they for upgradation of credit card or for 1000 rupees voucher for crossing 1 lakh spends? Please clarify in detail @TechnoFino
