Can I apply hdfc rupay platinum debit card from customer care because It is a hectic process to get rupay platinum dc in branch.It is not giving an option in netbanking.

Account variant ab yaad nahi. Basic sa hai koi. KYC to hoti h. Video KYC nahi hoti..

There was only 1 branch in my area so there was no option

Submit the form only, if they refuse, tweet to HDFC Bank with complaint that they are refusing you service based on absurd protocols, please show the same is required by documentation or give you the preferred dc asap. It will likely resolve the issue.

Just fill the form & ask them to provide the desired card. If not giving contact customer care, describe complete scenario and hand over the call to bank employee.

If still not giving then escalate to senior management or principal nodal officer. It must be resolved. If then also not giving complain to RBI & last step is jurisdiction.
