HDFC billpay failing for SBI card with plat DC

Transaction has failed twice for me. The money has been reversed.
SBI card is a BBPS biller, so that can't be the issue.

Anybody else experiencing the same issue?

Currently, I am unable to find SBI in Airtel thanks app
Not sure about it I facing this for the last 3-4 days but as my bill details were already fetched before so I can fetch it from recent bills and able to pay the amount. under biller option its not visible

It is a BBPS problem. Failed for me for ICICI for Rs.100 with due amt 17k just now as I tested after reading your post. So all banks can't be problem. Best time to pay any card bill is at morning after 9AM till 11 AM. SBI also has a time problem. Most of their functionalities at online banking stops after banking hours but work in a jiffy while banking hours.

Will be automatically reversed in 5-7 working days.
