HDFC Billpay payment failure for Kotak and BOB cards via mobile app

Bob and kotak credit card bill payments are always failing on HDFC bill pay.

Icici, axis, sbi working fine.

is there any way to make BOB and kotak cc payment by HDFC Billpay?

I suggest try payment after 24 hrs of your card addition in billpay. Even if it shows status pending, you can able to pay the bill.

It worked after 24hours even though it shows pending. Thanks

It’s failing for all the cards registered using mobile number & last 4 digit cards for last 2weeks ! I tried for SBI, Kotak & BOB both on mobile & net banking . Have you tried recently on these cards ? For few I read here it’s getting reversed from the bank after successfully posted in the cc statement as well !! Any one has any clue or suggestions?

I last did for SBI on 14th Oct, had no issues, instantly credited via BBPS and got cashback in couple of days in HDFC.

This was after it disappeared and I added the card again with mobile number.

To summarise,
I paid for BOB using hdfc billpay. We need to wait for 24 hours after adding card. Don’t use mobile app. Use netbanking for BOB. It will work even if status shows pending. You can change amount and enter any value. You can try with rupee one to verify. Credit is instant.

Try using Net banking. I was able to pay the Sbi Vistara card bill.
I was trying for 2 days using phone and was getting issues.

Guys so whats the update on this. Last month I wasn't able to pay my SBI & SCAPIA(FEDERAL BANK) credit card bill payment even after bill generation. I asked my RM but he is not giving exact timeline when this will be fixed. Last month I had to pay bills on CRED and got only 10-20 RS. Anyone has a clear idea when this will be fixed or any tips to make it work on our end. FYI tried deleting and adding these cards again but it doesn't work, however my AMAZON PAY credit card works fine

Not working for citi bank credit card. Just tested. Bill payment from account is working but debit card is not working.
