HDFC card rejected even after 2 enquiries

Recently I applied for moneyback+ credit card using my apay card in C2C method. I requested for Millennia Ltf but as i don't have 1 lakh limit they offered me moneyback+ and i agreed. Now I can see they have made 2 cibil enquiries for the same. First on applying date second on today. It is still under process. Is it normal? Can I request them to remove the second enquiry after approval?

Yes, for me also they made two enquiries 1st on date of application and 2nd after 5 days.

Okay it's normal for hdfc i guess. After how many days of second enquiry you got the card? Did they ask for biometric verification? Thanks.

I have HDFC account so no kyc done, that card was approved after 4-5 days but it was paid so closed. Promised LTF but gave paid so.

Okay I am also promised Ltf by agent let's see how it goes.

Same... Two enquiries for me too. That usually means the card is approved i think else what reason they got to make one more enquiry.

Hope for the best. If they reject after 2 enquiries it will be frustrating

Even after two enquiries they rejected citing internal criteria. Even mailing to reconsider didn't work. So much for a basic card like moneyback plus. Even after having cibil of 760+ . I think they don't like people without account in hdfc

First you should apply for reconsideration of application. 2nd you should ask them for removal of 2nd enquiry. I was in similar situation, after reconsideration they re verified everything and agreed to remove 2nd enquiry but still didn't remove. Its work under progress.

Thanks for the advice. Have they approved your application after requesting for reconsideration? I mailed redresselcc for reconsideration. Let's see what they reply. Then will request for removal of second enquiry.

No I just shared aadhar ,pan and apay credit card statement with limit 1.8 lac

I have two hits from HDFC bank and didnt even apply for any of their card. Could you tell me how to remove those hits? Thank you

Mailed to grievance redressal cc. Reply came from escalation team. They refused to reconsider. Don't think they are interested in giving me card.

Hi Sandeep, can you please tell me the process. They've rejected my card request and upon calling they said it's because of e-kyc not completed. Now, They're saying start a new application. How can I tell them to re-consider.
