HDFC cheated . Changed card variant applied c2c.

Hi,
I applied c2c for hdfc regalia card .gave 7 lakhs limit icici sapphiro statement. Card approved.
I was waiting for shipment. Today i got mail that we are offering u other card than what u applied for. They processed moneyback plus.
I dont want this card. What to do now, pls suggest.

Finally , Hdfc gave me ltf regalia card with 5 lakh limit. Thanks to their redressal team .. Some good people in hdfc too

Congrats How did you managed to do that bhai. I’m their imperia customer and sadly have moneyback+ card. They are only giving regalia FYF. How do I get it LTF as paying fee for regalia is waste it’s not worth fee only free acceptable, share your exp?
