HDFC credit card activation expired

I had received an HDFC addon credit card, but I failed to activate the card within 30 days. When I try to activate on mycards website, it says enter valid card details. What to do now?

call support, request for reason and if possible allow for activation. If not, cancel the add-on card and apply same in that call itself.
