HDFC Credit Card Pin Generation

While generating pin via instant pin generation from netbanking as well as app, I am getting this error. The same error I get when I try to set card limits via netbanking. Anyone knows the solution, please let me know. Contacted HDFC over phone, they helped to generate via IVR and asked to send mail for the error. On email those foolish people dispatched a physical pin🫡

Most probably server error on hdfc part. Ignore and try later in next 6-12 hours..

Facing the error since I replaced the card.

Try hdfc help on WhatsApp using your registered mobile number

+917070022222 save this number as hdfc help in your contact list.

Send a WhatsApp hi message and you should see a menu. Continue from there.

See if you get the option to reset pin from there.

Did you manage to reset your PIN successfully beforehand or received the physical PIN and used it.

What we can expect from hdfc?

Did they charge for physical pin generation?

I cancelled the request via CC for physical pin. But still the issue has not been fixed in netbanking for instant pin generation. Though I have set pin via ivr, but is much more comfortable to set it via netbanking.
