I requested HDFC to upgrade my credit card From Business Regalia to Regalia Gold. They asked me to send the upgrade form, two months' pay slip and bank statement to their Chennai office, which I sent. Today I got this reply. Customer care says send it again. Advise what can be done next in this matter.

Did you forget to fill any required information on the form? From the wordings they seem to focus on duly signed and complete with information and documents part.
