hdfc declined tata neu application

hey mates : )

i have paytm HDFC credit card & i applied for tata neu card but they rejected my application without giving any reason they said as per bank norms we can't approve your application

but i already have a cc of them then why this rejection occurred?

guide me if something still possible..

As per HDFC you can have 1 core card and 1 cobranded card. Your Paytm card is cobranded and Tata Neu card is also a cobranded which is why they're rejecting your application

I have paytm and tata neu. Paytm my 1st card. Tata approved with 136k limit but after 1 week limit change to 36k . Limit print on paper received with card is 136k .

Then you can argue with them since its already written in your welcome letter.

Yeah. but give it a try, we never know what they have in their box for us.
when I asked first to reconsider they said it was a Bank decision, then I asked them with the Rbi Link then they again restarted my app, and the same thing happened the next time. and again the same thing I did. The third time app was approved with three times Physical verification is done.

Just to use for upi till other banks go live then close this card

its the general rule....but banks can sometime give something not mentioned...it happens with very few people....people have been rejected for applications for that same rule..one core and one co branded card....so we know about the rule

And when Bank Breaks its own Policy , exception come into existence

i have paytm hdfc card applied for neu card got rejected but in the app it's showing conditionally approved with 50k limit
now i wanna know can i apply for other hdfcbank card (not co branded)
now or should i wait if u wait how much days i need to wait for again apply
