Anyone here used the HDFC "A/c Statement - Upto 10 Years" option?

I want to download the statement for my relative's account.
Just want to confirm — can I download it directly from NetBanking?
Or will they send a physical statement to the registered address? (I don't want that.)

Note: There is no email registered with the account currently.

I don't want a physical copy, just want to download it.
Please confirm if anyone has done this recently.

That option you are referring to is for statements up to 5 years.
