HDFC Dineout membership on Infinia is just for 1 year? or it can be renewed for free as well

On other cards I remember HDFC used to offer yearly code for Dineout membership based on Spend but Infinia I cant see such thing

even i wanna know, 2 days back took dineout membership via infinia ,dineout removed some cashback thing on 18thapril though, haven't use the app yet so can't comment how does it impact

Swiggy has acquired Dineout in May, we will see changes to memberships (which cards provide for free or with spend criteria) as well as discounts/ cashbacks on all cards in a few months
