HDFC Diners Welcome Benefit

I am using an HDFC Diners Black Credit card, it's been a month and a half and I have spent 1.5 lacs, and as such eligible to get the welcome benefits(Mariott Membership, Times Prime membership, etc). I contacted customer care to know when I can expect these, but they said I would have to wait until 3 months have elapsed and will get it within 1 month after that. Has anyone been able to prepone this? I wanted to use the memberships for the holidays but it seems like I might not be able to.

You should receive it in a few days, don't have to wait till 3 months. I don't remember my exact date of completing the spends, but I received the welcome benefits within 2 months of receiving the card itself

Once you reach the spend milestone they will add the welcome benefits as 1RP under the bonus points section of statement. This confirms you achieved the spend target and/or LTF or FYF as per joining offer. I was told that HDFC accumulates members like this till the end of calendar month and proceeds to provide the welcome benefits on first week of following month for all those that reflect in the previous calendar month statement.

The first week thing wasn't true in my case as I received the welcome benefits mail in the last week of the month

They work as and how they feel is right, no fixed parameters!

In my case, I got the welcome benefits within 30 days. To be precise, the day of next billing date after reaching 1.5L milestone

I finished my spending threshold last month around 15 August and statement generated by 23 August reflected the welcome benefits eligibility. Today I received it. This is as per the process communicated by my RM at least in my case.

I m yet to receive welcome benefit . I have dcp . Also this month my monthly spends are more than 40 k still yet to receive 500 voucher

This is calendar month benefit. So for November, you will get message and email by first week of December.

yes annual but its Timesprime Smart membership which does not have disney+ hotstar and sony live and some other major things which TimesPrime paid membership offers..

That is welcome benefit. And it varies. Some got it within a week of meeting 1.5L, some got the next month first week and some got it only at the end of 3 months. I the statement if you see welcome benefits is added with 1 Token reward point in the end, you can expect it any time. I got the next month of milestone completion and bill generation.

Not sure if this belongs here, But on my Diners Privilege LTF Card, I received my welcome benefit after generation of the statement
