HDFC easyshop platinum debit card CC bill payment 1% cashback, when?

I paid my CC bills (for Axis, SBI and ICICI) on March 1 with HDFC easyshop platinum debit card using the bill pay portal on HDFC net banking.

Haven't received anything in my bank account so far. When should the cashback be applied?

What's needs to be done to receive this cashback?

You should wait for 2-5 working days. Sometimes it takes even 5 working days.

I too didn't get points for some transactions in the past but now its fine at my end. Contact hdfc customer care.

3 or 4 days u can view under card rewards and u have to place redeem request to get cash in ur account

How long does it take for cash to be credited in account post request for redemption? It has been 3-4 days for me and I don't see cash credited but the points are 0 now.

Genrally one working day

I redeemed it this friday morning and on Saturday it was credited

Generally within 1 or 2 days, occassionally it gets delayed.. Not to worry, you will get your CB.. Just be patient and check properly..

Yes, cc bill payment will count.

Yes, cc bill payment will count.
Not sure about Smartbuy.

No, CC bill payment will not be counted. Only POS payment and online payment using payment gateways and standing instructions will be counted.
Even ATM withdrawals and upi payment will not be counted.

Is paying on HDFC bill pay for SBI CC using Easyshop Plat Visa DC still giving points?

I paid on 24-Nov but still don't see any rewards showing in netbanking? Any idea when will it come or if it'll come?

While paying SBI Card Bill through HDFC bill pay with easyshop platinum card getting this error, 0399 - 0399 - PBE10002-Do not honour.

Balance is maintained and limit of card are also not crossed.
