Is there any way to check names of family members linked to my Classic Family Banking in HDFC Bank?

I wanna be sure about it because my RM invited my mom's account to Classic individually when I asked him to add her account into my family group! 😐

I wanna be sure about it because my RM invited my mom's account to Classic individually when I asked him to add her account into my family group! 😐

Ive emailed my RM in the past and gotten them to give me the Group details (shows all family members and their cust ID) on email.

How many days it will take to add family members account ?
In my case 7 days lapsed but still my family member didn't receive any invitation link to classic banking.

push RM to initiate the process.

Invite links can be sent within 1-2 days once the RM initiates and manager approves.

Your manager and RM are responsible for it. Contact them and ask to initiate the process!

My rm was gaslighting me saying he initiated and its linked. But my relative did not get any link for the process. This was going on for 2 months.

Finally fed up i sent a mail to grievance redressal and magically my rm was calling me every 10 mins to get it linked. And my relative for the link in less than a hour from when he called me.

He had the gall to ask me why I sent mail to grievance team.

then after few days branch manager called asking if everything was fine now and sent this mail.

I have experienced it personally, most of the times they don't do it or maybe not interested in doing it. I had reported to the grievance redressal portal and got classic on the same day of reporting after struggling with these branch people for a month. The employee who's my RM too now, was asking me why did I send mail etc., I just told him that result is already visible 😂
