HDFC FAST tag - not deactivating

Hello.. I am trying to have my HDFC bank FAST Tag deactivated/closed. It is more than 3 weeks and still no action is being taken. I also hold a savings bank account with it. I have escalated, complained etc...but not avail. Any idea what can be done?

Have you tried raising a closure request from the FASTag customer portal? What issues are you facing while closing it?
