AXIS BANK VAS VALUE ADDED SERVICES SMS ALERT CHARGES EVEN AFTER UNSUBSCRIBING OR DEACTIVATING IT

only people who stopped AXIS VAS ALERTS CAN REPLY MY QUESTION, OTHERS IGNORE

I am using axis bank account. I opened it last year. on the same day I called customer care to turn off the VAS subscription. so it was off.
No reference number or email received for the same.
But for last and this years every calendar quarter they charged me for SMS ALERT CHARGES.

Does for any one have similar situation that even VAS alert is OFF, STILL SMS ALERT CHARGED GOT DEBITED from AXIS BANK ACCOUNT . (or) when you OFF THE VAS the SMS ALERT charges stopped.

Try for tata neu cards then.
If it's your first ever card then also try SBI cashback thru sprint portal before you get " over leveraged " as per SBI.

Not card , I have to choose savings account for getting pre approved LTF offers , i don't have much regular income, less ITR , self employed , no CIBIL score till date. But can keep around 5-8L savings + Fd combined.
Now tell amongst Axis , HDFC . (HDFC app, net banking is really pathetic , also their online system also pathetic & branch staff also)

Can I get the credit sms(non-manditory) , and debit card dispatch, cheque dispatch sms, debit alert as mail once I unsubscribed the sms alerts in axis??

I called customer care to unsubscribe my sms alerts to avoid charges of sms alerts. They unsubscribed it. But after that I am not getting any UPI credit sms . Why?? Credit, debit sms are mandatory sms right?

what is amount of transaction involved which you said you are not getting debit or credit intimation

not all Credit, debit sms are mandatory , based on mode of debit (upi, net banking, atm imps neft e.t.c) , amount involved it depends

1,5000,1501 are the transaction amount. I am getting debit sms for upi. But not getting credit sms for the mentioned transaction of Rs1,1501,5000
How it depends upon amount incase of atm withdrawal as it is a mandatory one

No bro. I tried 5100 just now. Getting only debit sms. No credit sms. I think it doesn't depend on amount. They consider credit as non-manditory may be

I complained to nodal officer in axis... Then it was finally stopped
