HDFC Home Loan Online Prepayment

I apologize if this question has already been posted before.

Could anyone tell me if its possible to pre-pay HDFC home loan online without visiting the branch? Anyone has experience in doing so and would be kind enough to guide regarding the procedure?

Hi @Rishabh - I am about to apply for HDFC home loan when I stumbled across this post. Is such wordings mentioned anywhere in the TnC like website, loan sanction/disbursement letter, agreement etc.? And is this still in force after merger of HDFC with HDFC bank?

This statement I have been told by one of the executive from HDFC LTD branch. There is no limit to do pre-payment offline via branch, the 25% cap is set only for online mode pre-payment.

I think it's not possible to pay manually. It will try to auto debit on the following day.

Thank you! It is not the following day and the strike day is next month. I emailed the customer care team and they have provided BillDesk payment URL
