HDFC imperia offering Super Premium Cards

Being an Imperia customer for couple of years, in HDFC website under Imperia banking features, this particular statement is not there, but where as in my HDFC mobile application it's showing access to super premium credit card, means eligible for Infinia?

Am telling my opinion
a)Imperia status will not confirm any CC LTF
b)Imperia manager is just a postman who redirects our message to some other team they won't take any responsible of the issues.Imperia toll free number does better job.

I agree 💯 RM is just useless at all. All the time they acknowledge by doing something, but I will get surprised if they actually do something.

Totally agree with this. I was having Millinnia card from ages and applied for LTF DCB under Alumni program (had ITR >25 lpa, HDFC salary account for more than 5 years and a loan account as well with them) and got a mail saying they cannot offer an upgrade. The RM then calls me asking to invest in their FDs as I have a decent balance in my account. I told him to call me after he does something about my card upgrade then I might think about it. No response from 2 weeks so far 🤷🏽

I get irritated whenever they call and saying this is a service call, but the service they do is wasting our time successfully.

No c2c for infinia and existing hdfc limit should be 8 lakhs and 6/7 lakhs spend in last 6 months.

It's a thing to be ignored, don't fall in such traps by HDFC, they initially say LTF, then shock with annual fee, they say Regalia, but you get Millenia, they say Infinia with Imperia, but you get Thenga!!!

You can add your other card in netbanking under cards tab.

What you see in mobile app? And if try in tata neu app also, RP in tata neu can be redeemed in tata neu app for various purchases under their products.

From day 1 am premium customer i have got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 🙂
It's not IMPERIA OR EXPERIA the FD's and balance you hold matters.

even the FDs and and a good balance in account don't matter to them looking for an LTF card from 2 yrs But they offered their basic cards with very low limit
Finally closed all 3 cards with them and Applied for TATA neu inf

The reward points you see in hdfc app for tata neu is not a different points, you can only use that in tata neu app and few offline tata owned stores.
