HDFC Imperia queries

I have received an email regarding Imperia upgrade. It's also showing in my HDFC net banking's offers section.



Here are my some of my queries:

1. I have received the LTF Business Regalia a few months ago, will upgrading my account to Imperia, increases my chance of getting Infinia?
2. Do I get a virtual RM or a local RM?
3. If I break some of the FD’s, and the total relationship value falls below 30lacs (which is required for Imperia) will I be downgraded to Preferred? Are there any charges for the same? The Imperia page says there are NIL charges for non maintenance. Any other hidden charges?
4. As of now, my account is single, if I am unable to maintain high value, can I add my sister later on, so it becomes a group? Will that change anything?
5. In a Group ID, as it has a one single customer ID, can everyone see everyone's balance/transactions?
6. Are there any cons of margin accounts in a Group ID? Can we break it later on if required?

In my case, I was slowly moving from Classic-->Preferred-->Imperia (upgraded as the funds in FD grow over several years, as HDFC was 2nd best in FD IR after SBI).

For Imperia you need to meet any of these 3 categories. (but there may be relaxation if you have a Salary account person-to-person or depending upon your RM's ability

So when I got Imperia upgrade, I was asked if I want the RM in my home branch, I said No, and selected the branch I wanted RM from. I did this because I know the person who would have been my RM in Imperia, and he was not very helpful in past, and is just a usual ULIP sales person. So I got the RM in the branch I picked, my RM happens to be a BM. I called him 2 days ago regarding locker. He said I can get the locker in his branch, and if I want it in my home branch, he'll have to enquire about the availability. Anyway, I picked his branch, did all the formalities. So yeah, you can get the locker in any branch you want, no rules against it, it depends on the availability, and your RM.

TIP: If your RM is not helpful, send a request for a change.

bro I have doubt regarding size of locker, what kind of locker they are offering FREE for imperia customer ( I mean size of locker )
