HDFC Infinia Add-On Cards: Seeking Guidance

I'm holding HDFC Infinia considering add-on cards for family. Can anyone share insights on:

1. Limit: Is there a maximum number of add-on cards allowed? I read somewhere it's 3, Can anyone confirm it.
2. Relationship: Must add-on cardholders be blood relatives?
3. How do we add guests on domestic lounges? Does Mastercard variant accepted in lounge or will always have to use priority pass?

Your experiences and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The bonus points are combined, there is no separation. Whereas the transactions are listed separately under our respective names.

I don't have an account with HDFC. I submitted the form at the branch and got an add on Infinia based on my spouse's card.

just go to the credit card section in netbanking and add her as the add on it is not difficult, just go to the section and you will understand it yourself.

Any branch, I was not a customer at the bank when I submitted the form.

No idea about netbanking, @LiamHouse 's suggestion may work.

I just applied from net banking and looks like if the customer have hdfc account then they don’t do any checks. Not even the last name.
I received sms instantly that will receive the card in 3 days.

Does anyone know if add on card will also be metallic? I actually wanted to be plastic as easy to carry below mobile cover without scratches 😀

Yes, I'm new to bank (because I closed Millennia long ago when Axis Magnus was giving crazy high returns) and only because of ITR.

Reward points limits are clubbed.
but you can have multiple gyftr accounts with the different mobile numbers to increase the limits. those limits are applied on a per account basis

Sometimes it takes 3-5 days to reflect on Netbanking. HDFC MY cards is fast in this case.

If you wish to apply add on card for HDFC account holder you can do it online once your card is visible on Netbanking with their Cust ID. If the add on member doesn't have any HDFC bank account then you can apply manually using this form and drop it a nearest HDFC Branch.

If the add-on members you are trying to add already have HDFC account, then you can directly do it from the netbanking portal.
If not, there is an add-on card form (link below) that you need to take print out, fill and submit at branch or send to the Chennai address.
