I don't have any saving account with the bank just the card. And the app says mobile no. not registered with the bank.
Maybe once the card reaches me I can add it on PayZap

You can also use Internet banking for cards.
Yes on payzapp you can add.
One thing you can do, remove regalia from my cards and try adding again as you have both cards with same last 4 digit and see which card gets added.

With mycard it always adds back as regalia. Maybe I've to wait 2-3 days before I get the card and will add it on PayZap.
When do they disable the regalia?

Received the card today, and now new problems begin, As per my initial request they had upgraded my Tata Neu Infinity to Infina, So now Tata Neu Infinity is deactivated. The problem is the last 4 digit of the card that matches with Regalia, Now Infinia doesn't get added to Mycards as it always adds it as Regalia,
On PayZaap also it adds it as a card but it's always Regalia.
Credit Card Portal works fine.(I have both regalia and infina added )
Gyftyr somehow for online transaction always say wrong cvv or expiry.
Don't know what's this mess.
Has sent a mail to grievance redressal to deactivate regalia (I didn't use mycard for card closure request as I'm unsure that they mistakenly don't close Infinia).

In this case this issue will persist even you close regalia.
I will say order replacement by blocking card of infina or regalia can only solve the problem.
This will be chargeable
Mail to infinia.services@hdfcbank.com to re-issue the infinia card with different number. Mention it is causing issues on mycards portal and not charge fees. Bdw charge will be 100+gst if they do charge.

How much time did it take for the card to appear in netbanking / card portal after the cibil hit ?

For me there was no cibil hit, after the mail I checked my mycards and there it was showing me to add a new card

Guys, please help confirm about the points conversion ratio for DCB to Infinia. I've provisionally received verbal approval for my DCB plastic to be upgraded to Infinia Metal FYF. However, I'm being told that the points transfer ratio from DCB to Infinia is not 1:1. Instead, they're saying that 50% of my DCB points would be transferred since the ratios is 1:0.5.
Can anyone please confirm if this is true?
Also, if this is indeed true, I'm thinking of using up my 1.25 Lacs points on DCB before I accept the upgrade. Any suggestions on this?

Not true. Both cards the same point value so transfer would be done in the same ratio.

Nope, FYF.
That's what I thought. Will probably write to them about it but this might backfire and they may rescind the upgrade offer which is verbal at the moment (as confirmed by my RBH).
