You'll receive maybe tomorrow, for me it was same, next day I received mail with a new date and new case no saying they are working on the request

Few doubts about the upgrade form. Please confirm:

1. There is 'Limit increase' and 'Upgrade with Limit Increase' options. There is no separate Upgrade option. Should I tick upgrade with limit increase?

2. There are two checkboxes and a number box for Autopay. Should I leave them blank?

3. There are multiple options under 'I have submitted the following documents' like Salary A/c no, C4C, Hl Bundle, Fd lien... Should I leave all of them blank?? I do have salary account with them, but the upgrade is purely based on spends. I am not submitting any document apart from the form.

4. On another note, they did not ask consent for anything, just mentioned that they have approved and told to submit the form. Should I write that I consent etc...?

Did you mention your salary acc number in the form where it's mentioned salary acc with HDFC Bank while filling the form ou you just kept those fields blank??

Do you have a salary acc with HDFC?? Did you fill out the account number info while filling up the form for upgrade request in the 'I have a salary acc with HDFC' field?

For only upgrade, that needs to be kept blank. I have a salary account. Didn't fill. It's mainly for CLE.

On 15th they marked the case closed.

Today (16th) evening I received a mail saying that they are looking into request raised on credit card and opened a new case and will revert by (21st).

Should I consider it approved or they can come up with new reason to deny upgrade?

Do they follow the resolution date give in the case no. Today was the last date mentioned in the last mail for the case resolution but no reply from Bhanu yet? How long do they take to reply.
In mycards I don't see the infinia yet.

Maybe late night they will reply you on email and if all good you will be able to view the card by day after tomorrow

They usually respond by the date mentioned

They should reply by tomorrow.
 
Sorry, out of the topic. I have asked for limit enhancement and I'm holding salary account with HDFC only. Will they accept if I send scanned copies of salary slips amd statement over the email? Read somewhere on the forum I could do that but unable to find that post now.
 
I am in same boat as you. Got a DCB LTF, dont want to go with Infinia for marginal gains in rewards unless it is offered LTF as well
Most of my spends go on M4B and Atlas combo anyway

Having said that... does anyone have had any success in converting LTF DCB to LTF Infinia here? Would love to hear their journey

How much do you plan on spending on infinia? Less than 10L?

Got it as an upgrade for Regalia LTF. Happened during that upgrade wave a few years back when HDFC was temporarily banned by RBI from issuing new cards. Infact many folks got Infinia LTF as well in that wave depending on CL of their existing card. Unfortunately that was once in a blue-moon scenario, not likely to happen in normal course of business
