HDFC Infinia Reserve!! King is back?

Hi, saw this thread today, people are getting options to apply for the Hdfc Infinia Reserve card through hdfc website. Anyone else seeing the application link that is shown in this thread? I am not able to find it.

Has anyone heard about the Infinia Reserve from their RMs or is the rumour that some UHNIs have been invited for the card true? When I asked my RM he said it is still not launched and so they don't have any details about the criteria or benefits

Atleast your RM said its not launched..My RM said Swiggy card is yet to launch by august mid

Yesterday had a conversation with RM and he said the information is being circulated to credit card team but launch dates are not confirmed yet. So as of now no Infinia reserve card has been issued.

He first said yes an "Infinite" card superior to Infinia is coming, but before sharing more details he stopped to check online and found no mention of the new card on HDFC site. Then he starting toeing the line, "We don't yet know any more details about this card, please wait for public announcement" blah blah.

My RM said that they have not received the fine print for the card yet but new card is expected to be launched around the festive season.

Let's hope that it isn't the same. Based on the screenshots about Reserve having no monthly capping, it will be like the OG Infinia, which was a great way to accumulate a lot of points

Current cap for bonus rewards points is 15K which is equivalent to 1.12 Lacs of voucher at 5X (4X bonus points). Are people really buying so much instant vouchers monthly that they need even higher limits?

I think both hdfc and icici will launch their next super premium cards infinia reserve and Emeralde metal private around diwali this year. If one launches other will definitely launch. I think icici is waiting for hdfc to first launch

But hotels 10x and Flights 5x can help. Hotels above 54k is surely possible for those with Infinia. The problem with capping is that on big holiday spends, you would only get max 15k of benefit even if we spent let's say 2 or 3Lakh on mere flight and hotel bookings, which severely brings down the reward rate.
And if we get a 1:1 transfer on airmiles instead of 1:0.5 for ininiia (not confirmed) is also true, that is a great way to redeem

The issue is mainly when you want to book a flight ticket for international travel or few days of hotel booking - the limit can be exhausted with a spend of around 1 lac / 50k respectively. Then you can't earn any bonus points once your limit is exhausted.
