From Past 4-5 Years Hdfc, Sbi Cards and Indusind Doing Wrong linking with my Pan bcz of Same Name and DOB of that person but he is from different State.
After fighting in past years All de- linked.
But every year most of things re appeared and i did same process.
This time to relsove this KYC issue me opened Saving Account in HDFC.
now after 10 days of account opening bank hold my money for that loans and cards which not related to me.
now what to do . Just dropped mail to hdfc. me should wait 30 days or should i go direct for RBI .. ??

Raise a compliant with RBI, whoever is doing a checkup should double check. Pan no should be different did you by any chance tell them to check the other person pan with same name and dob. From my experience mostly hdfc staffs goof up..

don't know what they doing
as per information from last year he is now not in india.
why bank not closing such loans and cards of that person.
earlier they link with my Pan and they linked with my savings account

Raise a compliant with RBI asap... Also send an email to the highest person in hdfc of their goof up with all evidence.. of your interaction since last year or so.
This should not be happening clearly show lack luster attitude and kyc

Someone is misusing ur documents...Aadhar and PAN are primary identifier...How come aadhaar and PAN is also same

If your pan and aadhar is misused then you need to first compliant on national cyber reporting portal https://cybercrime.gov.in for online fraud identity theft or misuse and also lodge a FIR at your local police station or cyber cell.
For PAN misuse
Submit a pan misuse compliant theough tax information network TIN-NSDLv/ Income tax departmental portal via customer care -compliant/queries section on tax authorities know your pan is compromised.
For aadhar misuse
Contact UIDAI call the toll-free helpline 1947 or email help@uidai.gov.in and explain that your aadhar has been misused with evidence you have
Lodge a greviamce on the myaadhar /UIDAI website under the greviance section and consider locking your aadhar or biometrics online to prevent further misuse.
Extra steps to be taken
Regularly check your credit report with a credit bureau to see if any loans cc or accounts have been opened using your pan/aadhar.
Keep copies of all compliant emails and fir numbers as these will help you dispute any fraudulent loans, tax notices or penalties later.
This is all I could think off. If you think or see there is no account opened but wrongfully your details are linked to another person complaint to rbi asap

Only Name and DoB same. other all different.
that accounts and loans are nealry 5-7 years old that's why kyc not properly updated.
when system see my pan, auto linked by them.

having CIBIL Subscription.
daily checking.
Pan and aadhar is different, problem in HDFC system, that's old loans and cards.
maybe KYC issue in that.
whenever system see same they linked .
earlier they linked with Pan, now linked with my newly opened savings account

Then contact rbi and complain that they are linking your details to another customer based on name and dob and to take action on hdfc.

You can file RBI complaint only 30 days after the complaint is registered with bank

yes, i knw that's the problem. last time did for indusind bank. and got resolution

Don't understand your problem. There could be multiple people in this country with identical names, but PAN and Aadhaar number will be unique. I don't think bank employees just enter the name and rest of the details like PAN/Aadhaar get auto filled based on name. If that was the case, lots of people would have this problem.

many people face this problem but due to no help them by them they struggle.
i found way that's why doing steps to clear out.
in past years bank no need Pan card to open savings account, so whenever system see same name and DOB that links with my pan.
but now i open savings account in bank so all things not linked with my pan but they linked all these fake loans with my savings account.

as i have issues with HDFC due to wrong Linkages
I don't wanna apply by self that's why if they can, they should provide me as compensation 😌
