Hi All,

It seems HDFC Millenia stopped giving 5% cashback on Amazon vouchers

I purchased an Amazon voucher worth Rs 1000 on August 18th. Upon reviewing my reward points today, I noticed that I did not receive any cash points for this voucher purchase. However, I did receive 145 cash points for a Rs 2900 purchase from Flipkart.

Please confirm if anyone has received cash points for purchasing a Amazon voucher

In my case, 948 cash points have to be credited(Including direct purchase in Amazon, Zomato, Flipkart,Amazon gift card), But they have credited only 6 cash points in my case( I repeat only 6 cash points).

So what should I say, HDFC Millennia has stopped giving cash points on direct purchases in Amazon and Zomato too.

I think, HDFC system has done a mess up this month. If they rectify this error and credit my cash points in 2/3 days, it's ok.
Otherwise, I have to complain to the customer service.

They messed up last month itself AFAIK while that redemption charge thing that happed to almost all users 🤣. When they do system upgrade/maintenance they literally messup their own system. Last the I had to call them for ₹9 GST refund he said it'll take a statements time to be refunded call later we can't to anything now. And when I checked last it was automatically refunded. 😆

Better change Millennia CC billing date to 2nd of month. Easy for points calculation.

Smartbuy pr 5+5% milta hai na . Last month muze 1000 ke gv pr dono Mila tha 50 cb lekin ye month sirf 206 points aaye hai .
