HDFC Netbanking new portal with downgraded UI

As of now Afer entering USER ID if your Address bar showing like this
https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com
then still you have not given access to move on HDFC new net banking portal.

And those who are able to see the Address like
Means they are already migrated to new Net banking portal..

Kafi mathapachchi karne ke baad bas yahi pta chala hai ..😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

Still it is redirects to old one after putting details...Means as of now only certain users are given access to it.

Any way to move it back to old web portal - new one sucks 🙁
 
HDFC is one of the most technologically backwards banks in India. Despite being one of the oldest private banks it is quite appalling to see them lacking a native mobile application for credit card holders. All we get to see is a stupid mobile website disguised in the form of a mobile app. IDFC is far ahead in when it comes to the mobile experience, HDFC should learn a thing or two from them.

Thts my reaction to every process of Hdfc in general. They live in some 2000's era time.

Even a simple email change cannot be done online. Branch me jao, ek bada sa form denge, jisme cust id,email likho, aur sign karo. Leave all the rest Blank. (absolute wastage of papers) Aur phir ye request process karne bhi upto 7 days ka time lagta hai🤦‍♂️

Leave aside the email change, even for reward points redemption for non-account holders, they need to download a stupid form, fill it and send it to their Chennai office. Not sure how many such postal mails they receive per day, it must be a nightmare for their staff to process all such postal mails, and take action on each one of them.

HDFC bank has updated the old age portal and it looks really good now.

One very useful feature they have added is to set add on card pin from UI. This was a pain for many of us who had to earlier get an OTP, go to an ATM and set the pin.

I liked the UI a lot, and the revamp was long overdue. Your views?
