HDFC Netbanking new portal with downgraded UI

HDFC bank has updated the old age portal and it looks really good now.

One very useful feature they have added is to set add on card pin from UI. This was a pain for many of us who had to earlier get an OTP, go to an ATM and set the pin.

I liked the UI a lot, and the revamp was long overdue. Your views?

UI is a copy of their app - it is really pathetic.

Old webpage UI was much better - got this upgrade 2 months back and have been exchanging emails with Grievance Team to remove the upgrade from my Cust ID 😛

It is really pathetic experience to use this UI. I wish I will never get this UI to use in future.

Ah yes, I thought it happened only recently, but it’s more than 4 months old, lol.

Query.

If I don't have a Savings account I can't log in to hdfc mobile app?

CC said I can only use netbanking and mobile app is only for people who also have a Savings account. Till date I have only used mycards for access.
 
Nothing has been changed.. In the past HDFC gave prior intimation through email regarding updates in the netbanking portal.
Web UI in PC, Web UI in mobile, Mobile application all are unchanged. Can you tell me the URL and how did you opened this page?

The Login button in hdfcbank.com is referring to netbanking.hdfcbank.com only - for retail customers.
 
List of issues i have faced 😛
-> you won't be able to manual add any card ?(credit/debit)
->No auto bill fetched for BillBay
->Statement is only for last three months if you need more you need to download PDF
->Credit limit is not shared if you get your new card (you have raise a case to set the limit)
->Data from mycard to new portal syncs bit late for few cards (i experienced it for my paytm card)
->Most important :: They can reactivate any closed also 😀 i got my tata neu plus reactivated (Due to technical error)

They’re gradually rolling it out to customers. You need to login to same URL. Just the UI will be updated.
