Hdfc Offering Freedom Credit Card

I got a mail today from hdfc saying that your credit card is Ready.
They are offering freedom credit card (refer screen shot) 500rs fees.

Should I take it?

I applied for swiggy cc and they told me i m not eligible for swiggy instead they offered me freedom rupay paid i took the offer i used it only for offers and seasonal offers and spend and earn. Voucher se mujhe abhi tak 3k ka benifits ho chuka hai in just 4/5 months

Why is everyone shitting about the Freedom Card here? Something is better than nothing, right? And I think it works with all HDFC instant bank discounts, no?
