You need to call customer care to redeem points as statement credit.

I was denied Swiggy cc, when they were running LTF offer from direct hdfc portal. I am guessing my application for PhonePe ULTIMO would be denied as well. But your and @SSV hdfc ccs do give me a bit of hope.

I have hdfc ccs (all LTF) of:
Infinia (non metal)
Tata neu infinity
Millennia rupay

Hence was thinking hdfc would deny any other cc.

I think HDFC give ultimo to old users
So may be give it a try
But keep one thing in mind, that it will hit cibil enquiry (mine also hit)

Infinia - thru ULIP ..
LTF - purely personal touch ..

ULIP never ever guarantees LTF..

(As one can't be sure that one will get ltf )

And btw my mab with HDFC saving account is 35k.
(So I can't afford ulip like you 🤣🤣🤣)

My usage on infinia metal is around 10L. So fees were waived off.

So no tension of fees

I applied on 19th October, received a CIBIL hit message this morning, followed by the card approval message!
Very fast approval considering the festival holidays!
Already holding Regalia and Swiggy.

@SSV You might have repeated it already, but just want to know the key factors for you to take the call...... Asking this in the light that you also have SBI CB for 5% and Phonepe insurance spends (very good aspect) are excluded from this Phonepe HDFC card.

Tried SBI Black yesterday but got declined instantly despite having 5L+ limit on SBI CB, they consider the profile as overleveraged for new card (ultimately they issue on split limit basis only - dont know what's the increased credit exposure in this case, but anyways, SBIC is SBIC)

As you said, SBI PP card is very very difficult to get..

10% off utility bill ( upto 1000 pm) is a very good feature to have.. this is the main reason I like this card..

They registered verification for a different city, human error 🤦‍♂️
They are saying they'll correct and re-verify correct address. Nazar lagi hai shayad is application ko 😂
I anyway wrote an email to safeguard myself.
