What's with extra 1 Re in Credit limit?

Whenever you add new card with shared limit they add ₹1 to the credit limit. In my case they added ₹1 when I got Tata neu plus as second card but they didn't add when I got swiggy as third card

I applied for the card 2 days back,some person came for the verification.Today I received a message in mail saying that the application was declined beacuse of the MAILING ADDRES MISMATCH WITH KYC DOCUMENTS/BANK RECORDS.I have Regalia gold and Marrioot bonvoy cards with HDFC and also Preferred account.What should I do,should I pursue it further?

I am not sure if HDFC acted weird or CIBIL. I had 795 CIBIL Score and after HDFC did enquiry on Cibil, my score dropped to 770. I have not applied to any unsecured card for last 1 year and suddenly 25 points drop after just 1 enquiry.

Made one Utility bill payment (electricity) last week & got first statement generated 3 days ago but I cant see any details about reward points.
So far showing as Zero when i go to redeem reward page.

Anyone managed to get the reward points, can you confirm how long it takes to get reward balance credited after statement generation?
