Got hdfc card pre-approved offer on my cousin card. But while on address selection page it is showing address too long. When he types new address i.e, his other address, it is asking for address proof again.

Anyway to sort this out?

It can be through aadhar but aadhar has same address and it will fetch the same and same error will repeat.
That is for permanent address right?
Atleast this is the case in axis, u can verify address via otp then enter communication address, if an not wrong you can alter the permanent address too after verification (read a post somewhere haven't tried personally though)

You can change your Communication Address by furnishing Voter Card or Passport or driving license as well, or you can visit your nearest HDFC Branch and tell them your issue. They will ask you to fill up a form and within 5 days a bank representative will visit your premises to verify you and your address and your address will be updated.

You can also visit your nearest branch and request them that the card should be delivered in the branch rather than your address. In such case first the delivery have to attempted on your registered address and it will marked undelivered and only then the card will be delivered to the branch

Do they do this for bank account holders too? Or non-bank cc only holders?
