Regalia Gold HDFC Regalia Gold - Milestone benefit issue

I had to spend 30K before 28th Sep to get 5000 smart buy voucher as milestone benefit and did transaction on flipkart on 26th Sep.
The transaction date was 26th but it posted into statement as 28th Sep. Now that amount is showing in the next year benefit cycle and not in the previous year cycle.

Emailed hdfc cc, but of no use, they are saying settlement/posted date is considered and not the transaction date for milestone benefits

Any solution for this?

Had spent almost 7.2L in the year and didn't want to lose that 5K voucher just because of 30K, so spent that on flipkart.
 
No, the voucher isn't generated. It's my brother's card and his spends 1 week back was 7.1L and now it is 7.6L as he did 50k spend and the month hasn't ended




well, idk when the card was generated, idk if it was replaced once it was upgraded but expiry is 04/31 but they charged the annual fee on jan this yr so regardless calender yr or card generation, both doesn't make sense right?

I called smartbuy customer care and they told me all regalia gold are facing this issue and told me to send screenshot to show correct spends which i did.

Btw I also have regalia gold myself and even my spends are being wrongly shown on smartbuy aswell as points portal.

why? month isn't over. The amount has been posted, it's not as if the spends were done on 30th or 31st and merchant has already claimed the charge.
Bro your yearly milestone is clearly written here 21st jan 2024 to 19th jan 2025, how come you are trying to get that in March?
 
No, I am talking about milestone from 19th jan to next yr 2026.

I knw before jan 2025 i haven't done milestone, and so ofc i don't care abt that. I want annual milestone 2 of 2025-26.
Let the transactions settle or wait till bill generation & points stacking day (usually 2-3 business days) and then see you got the benefit or not, if not you can mail & get the voucher
 
It seems the issue is widespread, even on my regalia gold I have the same issue as my brother's RG.

I talked to CC, and they asked for screenshots. Many people on reddit have the same issue and already few posts on reddit has been made regarding the same.

Let the transactions settle or wait till bill generation & points stacking day (usually 2-3 business days) and then see you got the benefit or not, if not you can mail & get the voucher
