HDFC RM not responding to calls

Hi,

I applied for an add-on card to my credit card in my wife's name. The RM took all necessary information(complete process was online and done in 5 mins) and told that it'd take 2-4 working days to dispatch the card and I'd receive the same. This was more than a month ago. Since then, I have been calling my RM and emailing as well, but he doesn't respond. The add-on card shows up in my HDFC app, but we never received it.

Can anyone help me regarding the next steps which I can take? Any escalation mail Id or number, or should I complain elsewhere?
