HDFC RM not responding to calls

Hi,

I applied for an add-on card to my credit card in my wife's name. The RM took all necessary information(complete process was online and done in 5 mins) and told that it'd take 2-4 working days to dispatch the card and I'd receive the same. This was more than a month ago. Since then, I have been calling my RM and emailing as well, but he doesn't respond. The add-on card shows up in my HDFC app, but we never received it.

Can anyone help me regarding the next steps which I can take? Any escalation mail Id or number, or should I complain elsewhere?

He/she must have moved on...to start a new job at the competitor..

PNO ya MD desk pe ek email daal do, fir dekhna RM hi nahi uska boss bhi samne se call karega aur Ghar pe aake add on card deliver karega.....

Thought of this, but then thought Customer Support would be too generic, so enquiring if any direct channels(mail Id or number) exist which I can reach out to. I don't have any.

If you're an Imperia / Infinia / DCB user, you can use their Imperia hotline (+91 22 6171 7606) available 24*7. Or use the generic virtual relationship manager number (+91 80670 37504) and Press 2 in the menu to speak to the central rm.

This is what I do usually.

I don't respond to my RM's calls. I think he's given up because he hasn't tried in a while
