HDFC said SNAPAY is a delisted ME in their bank, Any other similar app to snapay with charges 1% for card to bank?

Payments are not allowed on snapay with HDFC credit cards, confirmed by bank. I treid with millennia credit card. PFA email from bank. Any other app which takes 1% charges from card to bank, where we can use HDFC cards

Snapay is charging more than 1% now for visa credit cards for low priority.
If want 1% have to buy their subscription
