Open promos are helpful but an informed bm/rm can get many things done without promo also. Even hdfc isn't consistent.
Though their promo mentioned no cc for diners or co branded cards, neu +, ♾️, dcb, biz black was available at 1.5, 3l, 5.3L, 5.5l fd lien.
Last Yr infinnia fd lien was increased to 30L as many circle head didn't forward application for any lesser amount. Currently fd lien infinnia/dcb is on hold.

Not discontinued. Its on hold. Wait till Feb.
But as salary criteria was increased, fd lien might get increased to 50L. 😅
Then only senior citizens will walk around with metal cc. 😎
