HDFC saving account maintainance 10k didnt downgrade to 5k

Short story : moved from city to small town hdfc maintenance is supposed to be 5k here its been over a week that i shifted branch its still showing as 10k contacted cc they said contact branch, when i contacted branch they said its automatic it will change automatically,anyone know any info on this
