From my experience, this is something to do with the failed point redemption. A point redemption failure takes long time to credit it back to the account, if I remember correctly, mine happened with Tanishq redemption. When I reached out to customer care, they said it will get credited in the next month or in next biking cycle, I couldn’t recall. When I asked how to redeem those points if I wanted to, they shared a voucher for those points that I could redeem if I wanted to and the unused points would be credited back to account at a later time.
